The BGL Brummi Card Goes Digital

The Brummi Card of the Federal Association of Freight Transport, Logistics and Disposal (BGL) e.V. is going digital in cooperation with the Autobahn Tank & Rast Group and Trusted Carrier GmbH & Co. KG: The previously available advantage card in credit card format is now available to drivers in a personalized form via a smartphone app – always ready for use.

(Berlin) With the new technology, BGL actively supports its member companies in driver motivation and retention, while also preventing potential misuse and allowing for the addition of further features to the Brummi Card in the medium term.

It is particularly important to BGL that professional drivers receive real relief in their daily work through the benefits associated with the Brummi Card: These range from free access to participating SANIFAIR facilities and long-distance driver showers along the highways with the major cooperation partner Tank & Rast, to discounts from some BGL member companies and free coffee at SVG truck stops.

To obtain the new digital BGL Brummi Card and activate it for their drivers, transport companies that are members of a BGL state association or a BGL member organization can register on the portal of the BGL joint venture and technology partner, Trusted Carrier GmbH.

Only the digital version will be accepted from April 1, 2023

From April 1, 2023, only the digital version of the Brummi Card will be accepted by participating Tank & Rast businesses and other Brummi Card benefit providers; the plastic cards will lose their validity on this date.

Card available at any time
