Oneflow and H. von Wirth Become Partners in Online System Logistics
Oct 12, 2022 at 5:34 PMAt the former military site in Kitzingen, Bavaria, Scannell Properties Germany has announced that the second speculative logistics property with a total of 23,500 m² has been successfully leased. This also marks the 10th project in Germany since market entry in 2019. Scannell has a project pipeline of up to 120,000 m² at several locations in Germany.
(Düsseldorf/Kitzingen) A third speculative building with approximately 7,000 m² can still be developed and leased in Scannell’s “Industrie Park Kitzingen.” Scannell Properties offers flexible options to tailor the logistics property to the future tenant’s needs. The building design will be adapted to the high demands of modern logistics processes and current ecological standards. As with all buildings in the “Industrie Park Kitzingen,” users also benefit from a high availability of jobs in the region as well as quick connections to Nuremberg, Stuttgart, or Frankfurt. Another advantage: This building also features an innovative local heating system that uses renewable resources (wood chips) and has a significantly lower primary energy requirement.
The tenth project in Germany since market entry in 2019
“10 projects since 2019; we are proud to have achieved such a successful start in Germany,” explains Jordan Corynen, Managing Director DACH and Benelux Scannell Properties. “Our recent deals in Kitzingen, our regional coverage in Germany, as well as many new locations and projects under review allow us to look confidently into the future despite the challenging economic climate. Especially in these times, our family-owned, stable company benefits from a strong equity ratio. This enables us to make quick decisions and respond flexibly to customer requests and market opportunities. As a financially strong company, we continue to actively seek strategically well-located properties. A key basis for our services is also the trustworthy partnerships with local stakeholders and authorities in Germany.”
