(Kempten/Berlin) A new era of cross-company cooperation between two important players in the field of logistics 4.0 is beginning: Soloplan GmbH and Trans.eu GmbH will work together in the future and connect their digital solutions. The transport platform Trans.eu is currently being integrated into Soloplan’s Transport Management System CarLo® via an interface.
New Functions for Soloplan Customers Make Freight Allocation Even Safer
Numerous functions such as checking carriers, managing freight service providers, or automatically sending requests to carriers can then be handled directly from the TMS.
This ensures that a service provider is automatically checked before the assignment of the order, and if the result is negative, the assignment can be refused or the client will be informed about the negative rating of the potential contractor.
Information Flow Without Media Breaks
With the direct integration of the platform functions of Trans.eu into the TMS, Soloplan customers will no longer need to switch platforms in the future. Information is transferred transparently and without media breaks between the TMS and Trans.eu. The workload and error rate are significantly reduced compared to the previous process, saving companies valuable working time and thus also money and resources.
“Logistics processes can only run smoothly if information flows transparently and processes can be centrally controlled. Therefore, this cooperation between a TMS provider and a logistics platform is groundbreaking for the further strategic direction of offering the functions of Trans.eu directly through various TMS,” says Jens Rücker, Sales Manager DACH Region at Trans.eu, providing an outlook.
“For our customers, this cooperation provides an increase in functions, transparency, and security. Therefore, we are pleased to work with Trans.eu on Logistics 4.0,” emphasizes Tobias Rucht, Area Sales Manager at Soloplan.

About Trans.eu
Trans.eu is a digital logistics platform for land transport that connects over 40,000 users from Europe to Eurasia. As a FreightTech solution, it offers a whole ecosystem of data-driven companies that communicate seamlessly and utilize digitized workflows for transport. The platform also has a unique verification system to check transport service providers before they can actively use the platform. This enables secure and trustworthy collaboration with transport service providers across borders.
Freight offers can be negotiated and contracted in real-time via the platform and in a live messenger. To increase market transparency, indicative price algorithms provide fair price estimates for selected freights and routes. A built-in track & trace function also allows for real-time monitoring of freights on the road. Additionally, Trans.eu is an open system and offers extensive API integration with existing TMS systems. Logistics providers using an existing transport management system gain additional Logistics 4.0 functionalities through integration with Trans.eu.
