Logivest appoints Marta Romakowski as Key Account Manager

Logistics real estate specialist Logivest has contracted Maria Romakowski as Key Account Manager. She has been working at Logivest as a real estate agent in the Hamburg region for three years. Romakowski acts as a comprehensive advisor for property owners. With this measure, Logivest is responding to the changing logistics real estate market.

(Munich) Exclusive support across all regions. With the appointment of Marta Romakowski as Key Account Manager, Logivest offers owners and landlords of logistics properties a central point of contact. In addition to the regional team leaders and agents, Romakowski will now take care of property owners and act as a comprehensive advisor.

Last year, the consulting company established a Key Account Manager for major client support (users) with a focus on trade, production, and logistics service providers with Dirk Heiertz. Marta Romakowski now takes on this role on the real estate side. “With the introduction of a Key Account Manager, we received a lot of positive feedback last year. We now want to offer this exclusive service to owners and landlords of logistics properties and provide them with a regional, central contact person,” says Kuno Neumeier, CEO of the Logivest Group.

Logistics properties are gaining importance

Romakowski, who has been working at Logivest as a real estate agent for the Hamburg metropolitan region for nearly three years, is looking forward to the new challenge: “The logistics real estate market is changing. New players are entering the market, innovative properties are being developed, and the asset class of logistics properties is gaining importance. I look forward to shaping this development in close collaboration with my broker colleagues.” In her new position, Marta Romakowski reports directly to Michael Starre, CSO of Logivest.

With the appointment of a Key Account Manager who exclusively addresses the concerns of owners and landlords of logistics properties, Logivest is focusing even more on the holistic and exclusive consulting of its clients.
