(HHM), UMCO GmbH, KPMG, IFB Hamburg, egeb:Wirtschaftsförderung, IVH Industrieverband Hamburg, Hamburg Invest, Hamburg Port Authority (HPA), Hamburg Chamber of Commerce, the city of Brunsbüttel, and the Hanseatic city of Stade.
A virtual keynote by Parliamentary State Secretary Rita Schwarzelühr-Sutter will be followed by exciting moderated discussion rounds with several experts, including Hamburg’s Senator for Economic Affairs Michael Westhagemann. During the event, participants can ask questions to the discussants at any time via the chat function.
The energy and transport transition requires adaptation strategies from various industries as well as the transport and logistics sectors. The conversion of electricity from renewable energies into the energy carrier hydrogen is one of the pillars that can make the energy transition successful. Therefore, the discussion rounds will highlight important elements of the hydrogen value chain and address the question of how politics and business want to shape the future of hydrogen technology together.
