The platform has been online since early March and aims to help warehouse seekers from trade and industry find suitable spaces more quickly. Providers can also list vacant spaces online.
(Munich) Warehouse seekers from trade and industry have a new point of contact. As the logistics property consultant Logivest announces, it has launched a platform at www.logivisor.com on March 1, 2021, through which managed warehouse spaces can be searched for or offered.
“With LogiVisor.com, we are responding to the demand to quickly and easily connect customers from trade and industry with logistics service providers from all over Germany and to advise them with our expertise if needed,” says Marco Mendes, COO of the Logivest Group.
The LogiVisor module, which was already integrated into the nationwide settlement platform Gewerbegebiete.de in its original version, is being further developed with the new platform and supplemented by exclusive consulting offers. This allows retailers not only to directly contact logistics service providers across Germany but also to rely on the expertise of the LogiVisor experts during the selection process. Behind LogiVisor.com is a dedicated sales team that, upon request, engages in personal communication with the customer. This team collects tailored offers based on the previously identified requirements, filters them, and sends the recommendations to the customer within 48 hours. Logistics service providers also benefit from this exclusive mediation service, marketing their spaces on the nationwide platform for a fixed membership fee. The usual brokerage commission is waived at LogiVisor.com, ensuring maximum transparency for all parties involved.
Establishing in the market
To establish the platform in the market and to offer the exclusive consulting services both online and offline as needed, Logivest has brought on board Florian Loeßer, a recognized expert. After studying logistics at Kühne Logistics University (KLU) and working at Rhenus Contract Logistics Services, the Hamburg resident helped build the logistics network of Sharehouse and further developed the mediation platform in his role as Head of Operations.
At LogiVisor.com, Loeßer will now work in Hamburg together with the sales team to further expand the network and improve communication between warehouse space seekers and logistics service providers.
Efficient use of managed spaces
“Our focus is on the efficient use of managed warehouse spaces and the demand-oriented networking of our customers – so to speak, on demand,” says Florian Loeßer, Head of Business Development. He is confident that they can provide their customers with added value with Logivest’s support – and vice versa. “With LogiVisor.com, we want to further advance digitalization in the logistics sector and take a pioneering role in this area as the Logivest Group,” says Marco Mendes.
The settlement platform Gewerbegebiete.de, in which the LogiVisor module was previously integrated, will continue to exist and will refocus on municipalities, communities, and landowners.
