The company ensures its high level of reliability, among other things, through higher loading priority compared to conventional express freight, as well as real-time shipment tracking and proactive status updates. Shipments can be booked online, among other options. For customers from the USA, Canada, Mexico, and Central and South America, experienced multilingual logistics experts are available in the US Customer Service in Miami for consultation, creation of the air waybill, and invoicing.
