Zilvinas Lapinskas has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Avia Solutions Group. This decision took effect on July 7, 2026, marking an important step in the company’s global expansion, which is considered one of the world’s largest providers of ACMI services (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance).
Lapinskas brings extensive international experience in aviation and has proven successful in scaling operations in complex and highly regulated markets. In his previous role as CEO of FL Technics Group, he transformed the company from a European provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services into a global player serving Tier-1 airlines across multiple continents. He will continue to serve as a member of the board of Avia Solutions Group and will also remain CEO of FL Technics until the end of July, until his successor is appointed.
Jonas Janukenas, who has led the group for nearly nine years, will take on the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this capacity, he will focus his financial expertise on capital allocation, financial strategy, and the group’s long-term growth objectives.
Lapinskas commented on his appointment:

In recent years, the group has established a solid foundation for sustainable growth, and I look forward to accelerating this momentum. Janukenas emphasized:
