Jun 10, 2026 at 2:33 PMThe French ACSEP Group focuses on digital solutions in transportation and has recruited Marlène Delage and Jofre Suárez as new professionals to further develop its OneWorld Transport Management System (TMS). The two experts are expected to help optimize the software solution designed for shippers, 3PLs, and 4PLs.
Experienced professionals for the development of OneWorld
Marlène Delage takes on the role of TMS Product Manager at ACSEP Group. In this position, she is responsible for defining and managing the further development of the OneWorld software. With a master’s degree in project management, Delage brings over twelve years of experience in the supply chain sector. Previously, she worked at XPO Logistics Europe, where she held various responsible positions related to TMS projects and digital transformation. Her experiences include strategic projects at the European level, which provided her with a comprehensive understanding of transport flows, planning, execution, and cost control.
Jofre Suárez, the new TMS Consultant for ACSEP Iberia, has more than eight years of experience in the transportation and logistics sector. He is a graduate of the Polytechnic University of Valencia and has specialized as an industrial engineer in advanced production and logistics management. Before joining ACSEP, Suárez led strategic transportation and sales planning at Power Electronics and was responsible for the transportation fleet operations of the XIX Pan American Games and the VII Parapan American Games in Santiago 2023. He also oversaw the last-mile logistics for Cencosud (JUMBO.CL) during the surge in demand during the pandemic.
Optimizing transportation processes in Spain
The new positions aim to advance the implementation of the OneWorld TMS in Spain. OneWorld is offered as a SaaS solution and centralizes and automates the management of transport flows through a modular, collaborative, and open platform. This is designed to optimize resources, reduce costs, and improve end-to-end transparency.
Rafael Martín Elvira, Managing Director of ACSEP Iberia, emphasizes: “The appointment of these two complementary profiles strengthens our ability to support customers in increasingly complex and demanding TMS projects.” He highlights that the combination of operational and IT expertise in the transportation sector will provide customers with both practical and strategic perspectives. “The Spanish market needs TMS solutions that adapt to the operational reality—not the other way around. That’s exactly what OneWorld offers: a practical approach focused on the real value it brings to each operation.”
