May 4, 2026 at 9:00 AMInternational Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) reported a 29 percent increase in recurring net income to $308.27 million in the first quarter of 2026. This is according to the company’s recently released preliminary financial results for the period ending March 31, 2026.
Growth in various areas
Revenue from port operations rose by 29 percent to $961.11 million, compared to $745.42 million in the same period last year. EBITDA also improved by 26 percent to $617.87 million, up from $489.59 million in the first quarter of 2025. Net income was $293.57 million, reflecting a 23 percent increase compared to $239.54 million in the same period last year.
Enrique K. Razon Jr., Chairman and President of ICTSI, commented on the results, emphasizing that the company has made a strong start to 2026. He pointed to the double-digit growth in revenue, EBITDA, and net income, which reflects the strength of the company’s diversified global portfolio. Razon highlighted that both newly added terminals and stable demand at existing facilities contributed to the increase in volume and profit for the quarter.
