Feb 25, 2026 at 9:47 AMAir Charter Service achieved a revenue of $1.34 billion in the fiscal year ending January 31, 2025. This represents an increase of 10.3% compared to the previous year. The revenue in the private jet sector grew particularly strong, rising by 19.1%.
Chris Leach, Chairman of Air Charter Service, expressed his satisfaction with the company’s development: “We had an extremely positive year in 2025, with both charter numbers and revenues increasing across all sectors – cargo, private jets, group travel, leasing, and time-critical services.”
The cargo division recorded a moderate increase in revenues that exceeded the industry average. Despite uncertainties in tariffs that characterized the fiscal year, the time-critical services division achieved remarkable growth of 76% in revenues and 92% in orders. This was attributed in part to advancements in onboard courier and next-flight-out services achieved under new leadership.
The opening of six new offices in 2025, including the first locations in Saudi Arabia and Italy, also contributed to the company’s success. Investments in these countries are already showing positive results.
Leach emphasized that investments in new technologies and efficiency improvements have paid off, leading to a 33% increase in EBITDA. This demonstrates the financial stability of the company and confirms its position as the largest charter broker worldwide, while further growth plans remain in place.
