Gebrüder Weiss awarded as “Green Supply Chain Partner”
Jul 8, 2026 at 9:27 AMFM Logistic announced in July the appointment of Héloïse Hadoux as Managing Director of FM Logistic Vietnam. However, she officially took up her new position on May 25, 2026. In this role, she will be responsible for all operational activities of the French logistics provider in Vietnam.
Strategic growth objectives in Vietnam
In her role, Hadoux will work closely with the local leadership team, which reports directly to her. Her main focus is on supporting the growth of FM Logistic in this strategically important region of Southeast Asia. The key areas of her mission include expanding market presence, ensuring operational excellence, and promoting sustainable logistics.
A central goal is to strengthen FM Logistic’s expertise in highly value-added sectors such as luxury goods, cosmetics, and retail. Vietnam has established itself as one of the most significant logistics hubs in Southeast Asia, particularly in the context of the „China+1“ strategy, which encourages companies to diversify their supply chains outside of China. FM Logistic plans to meet the growing demand for customs clearance, bonded warehousing, and urban logistics in the increasingly densely populated metropolises of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
Experience and qualifications
Héloïse Hadoux brings over 15 years of international experience in the fields of industry, supply chain, and logistics. She graduated from the École des Mines in Douai in 2006 and began her career at Procter & Gamble in France. There, she initially worked as a process engineer and later as a production manager. Her professional journey took her through various positions at Coty and Carlsberg before she joined Reckitt Benckiser in Thailand as a customer service manager in 2017.
In 2019, she joined Bolloré Logistics as logistics manager, where she developed expertise in luxury and cosmetics. She was instrumental in the opening of the first LEED Gold-certified warehouse for a 3PL in Thailand. Most recently, she served as logistics manager at CEVA Logistics in Thailand.
Christophe Menivard, Chief Operating Officer for Europe, Brazil, and Vietnam at FM Logistic, commented on Hadoux’s appointment:
“Vietnam is a rapidly growing market at the center of FM Logistic’s development strategy in Asia. Héloïse’s appointment was a natural choice: she knows the dynamics of the region well and has proven her ability to lead sustainable and ambitious transformations.”
FM Logistic aims to support sustainable omnichannel supply chains. The company was founded in 1967 and is one of the leading players in the logistics industry, both in France and internationally. FM Logistic generates a revenue of €1.9 billion and employs more than 28,000 people in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
