Jul 3, 2026 at 12:42 PMSaddle Creek Logistics Services has appointed Grady Martin as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This decision comes as part of a planned leadership transition, as Mark Cabrera retires after ten years in the role. Martin, who previously served as Chief Operating Officer (COO), brings extensive experience in the logistics and supply chain industry and has significantly contributed to the development of the growth and operational strategy of the US logistics company based in Lakeland, Florida.
Cabrera, who has served as CEO since 2015, spoke positively about his successor:
“Grady is a proven leader with a deep understanding of our business, our customers, and our employees. He has been a driving force behind our operational excellence and culture, and I have great confidence in his ability to lead Saddle Creek into the next phase.”
As CEO, Martin will focus on further advancing Saddle Creek’s customer-centric approach, investing in employees and technology, and providing flexible, high-performance logistics solutions. “It is an honor for me to take on this role and build on the strong foundation that Mark and our leadership team have created,” Martin stated. “Saddle Creek’s success has always been driven by our employees, our partnerships, and our ability to adapt to the changing needs of our customers. I look forward to continuing to create value and support their growth.”
Cabrera joined the company in 2001 and previously held the positions of COO and CFO. Under his leadership, Saddle Creek experienced significant growth, expanded its national presence, and invested in solutions to support omnichannel logistics and scalable operations.
