SAL Logistics and SIA Cargo cooperate in Riyadh
Jul 2, 2026 at 12:43 PMThe Austrian Post AG has taken another step in the expansion of its subsidiary euShipments.com by opening a new fulfillment location in Enzersdorf an der Fischa. Since July 1, 2026, Austrian small and medium-sized enterprises can utilize the services of the e-commerce provider. This development follows the majority acquisition of euShipments.com, a provider of fulfillment and cross-border logistics solutions based in Bulgaria.
Expansion of service offerings for online retailers
Peter Umundum, Deputy General Director and Board Member for Parcel & Logistics of the Austrian Post AG, emphasizes the rapid implementation of the new location: “In record time, we have launched the first Austrian fulfillment location of euShipments.com. This enables local SMEs to quickly and easily sell their products to more than 27 European countries with a single contract and through an interface.” This initiative aims to support Austrian online retailers during a challenging market phase and provide them with growth opportunities.
The integration of the new location allows online retailers to benefit from next-day delivery throughout Austria. This is supported by local partners and the comprehensive cross-border infrastructure of euShipments.com. The unified technical integration and specialized customer support are designed to facilitate access to a scalable logistics solution suitable for international growth. The offering is particularly relevant for retailers using platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento, as sales channels can seamlessly connect with the central order processing.
Growth figures and market position
The new location in Enzersdorf an der Fischa is part of a growth strategy for euShipments.com, which has established itself as a significant player in European e-commerce in recent years. In 2025, over 16 million packages were processed, with the average number of monthly shipments recently exceeding two million. The company provides access to more than 60 delivery services and over 800 shipping methods, optimizing logistics processes for online retailers.
With a network in 27 countries and ten own fulfillment centers, euShipments.com is well-positioned to enable online retailers to achieve the promised „seamless“ international expansion into new markets.
