This measure aims to strategically further develop the successful group and strengthen the long-term stability and future viability of the corporate group. By merging GREIWING logistics for you GmbH, Separation AG, KTV Speditionsgesellschaft mbH, and GREIWING services for you GmbH, synergies are to be utilized to offer a more comprehensive service portfolio for customers and partners.
Optimization of Collaboration
Jürgen Greiwing, Managing Director of GREIWING logistics group, emphasizes that the new group structure intensifies collaboration between the companies and aligns processes more closely. This leads to shorter paths, consolidated competencies, and comprehensive support across all logistics processes. The development towards a group structure is the result of continuous growth over the past years. GREIWING logistics for you GmbH has been part of the corporate group since 2020, followed by Separation AG, which was integrated in 2023, and KTV Speditionsgesellschaft, which is to be fully acquired by 2025.
The corporate group plans to consolidate the interfaces between the individual companies through direct collaboration of the specialist departments. This is intended to standardize processes and IT systems, thereby shortening coordination paths and increasing delivery reliability. At the same time, each company remains independently active in the market with its specific competencies and specializations.
Focus on Individual Logistics Solutions
Greiwing highlights that customers today expect flexible, reliable, and highly specialized logistics solutions. The close collaboration within the GREIWING logistics group enables targeted consolidation of competencies and joint further development of performance capabilities. The corporate group sees itself as a long-term partner for demanding industries and individual logistics processes.
The GREIWING logistics group specializes in various industries, including chemicals, plastics, food, paints and coatings, construction, and hazardous materials. Furthermore, the group acts as a reliable partner beyond these focus industries and realizes individual solutions for its customers. The range of services includes conventional and combined transport, storage, handling, and extensive value-added services along the value chain.
With more than 1,250 employees at 24 locations, the corporate group has around 300,000 pallet spaces, 251 high silos with a capacity of 66,000 m³, a logistics area of approximately 540,000 m², and a fleet of 340 vehicles.
