GATE has launched the rental program for the new IVECO eJolly, a compact electric transporter that is now available in Italy, France, and Germany as part of a pay-per-use model. This model combines a fixed monthly fee with a variable component based on the actual kilometers driven. The aim is to facilitate the transition to electric mobility for companies while keeping operating costs flexible.
Vehicle details and applications
The IVECO eJolly is specifically designed for urban use and is characterized by its compactness and maneuverability. With a permissible total weight of 2.8 to 3.2 tons, the vehicle can be driven with a Class B driver’s license. The 100 kW electric motor ensures smooth operation, while the 75 kWh battery allows for a range of up to 351 km. A fast-charging function enables recharging up to 100 km of range in just 10 to 15 minutes, reducing downtime and increasing productivity.
With a payload of over 1 ton and a loading volume of up to approximately 6.6 m³, the eJolly is particularly suitable for urban logistics, services, and commercial fleets. GATE emphasizes that customers choosing the eJolly or other IVECO commercial vehicles can benefit from over 50 years of market experience and a specialized dealer network.
Comprehensive service offers
The rental offer includes a basic package called eGO, which covers all aspects of vehicle management, including registration, maintenance, repair, insurance, tires, and roadside assistance. Additionally, customers can choose from various supplementary packages tailored to their individual needs. These range from public charging options to comprehensive solutions with vehicle tracking.
The myGATE app, available in the App Store and Google Play, allows users direct access to contracts, invoices, and driving data, supporting transparent management of rental agreements.
