He succeeds Jörg Sänger, who has significantly shaped the company since its founding and will now serve as Chairman of the Advisory Board. This personnel change is part of a strategic realignment aimed at a growth agenda.
Strategic realignment and internationalization
The appointment of Flores Rodríguez is part of the proLogistik Group’s efforts to expand its market position in Europe and advance an internationalization strategy. The company plans investments in AI-driven logistics solutions to meet the changing demands of the industry. With the new leadership, the strong position in the DACH region is to be transformed into a pan-European growth trajectory.
César Flores Rodríguez brings over 25 years of experience in the international B2B software industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Division Officer at the Nemetschek Group, where he led a division with revenues of around 500 million EUR. He was also CEO of Allplan and previously drove European expansion as Managing Director at Radius Telecom. His extensive experience in various leadership positions is expected to support proLogistik in overcoming the challenges of the logistics industry.

Contributions of Jörg Sänger
Jörg Sänger has led the proLogistik Group as Managing Director for over 19 years and has significantly contributed to the development of the company. Under his leadership, the firm grew from a German software provider to a European corporate group with over 750 employees and more than 3,600 customers. In his new role as Chairman of the Advisory Board, he will continue to provide advisory support to the company.
The proLogistik Group is headquartered in Dortmund and employs over 750 staff at locations in Germany, Switzerland, France, and Austria. The product portfolio includes warehouse management systems, transport management software, and the AI-driven NEO platform.
