Socratiz has appointed Anaïs Mzali as the new Director of Restructuring Practice. In this role, she will take responsibility for the strategic realignment of the company and further expand expertise in complex transformation processes. Mzali brings extensive experience in financial restructuring and supporting companies in challenging situations.
The French consulting firm Socratiz, which unites over 50 professionals, specializes in the areas of Supply Chain and Retail. It supports companies and investors in complex transformation processes by combining financial expertise with a deep understanding of industry-specific operations. The company’s approach is designed as an end-to-end strategy that goes beyond traditional financial services. In addition to financial restructuring and support in insolvency proceedings, comprehensive operational analyses are also conducted. These analyses are led by experts from the respective fields, such as Supply Chain and cost structure.

Anaïs Mzali holds a degree from ISG and a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine. She has over ten years of experience at PwC, where she rose from financial auditor to Senior Manager in the Restructuring department. At Socratiz, she will continue to support executives and investors in developing realistic financial and operational strategies aimed at recovery and performance enhancement.
