Mar 18, 2026 at 8:54 AMThe French software provider Sinari has appointed Pierre Polette as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Polette took up his position at the beginning of January 2026 and will lead the company during a phase of transformation in which Sinari plans to establish itself as a European provider of software solutions in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sector for transport and logistics companies.
Experience in the B2B Software Sector
Pierre Polette brings extensive experience from the B2B software sector. In the past, he has guided several software companies through transformation processes, driving the transition to SaaS models. His career includes modernizing platforms, improving operational efficiency, and the international expansion of technology companies.
In his new role at Sinari, Polette will be tasked with accelerating the company’s transformation towards a stable and scalable SaaS model. The existing functionality of the solutions and the long-standing customer relationships in the transport and logistics sector will be leveraged.
Polette commented on his new position: “Joining Sinari is a unique opportunity to contribute to the development of a company that has established itself as a technological partner for transport and logistics companies. Our priority will be to accelerate the transformation of our solutions into a modern and scalable SaaS model while supporting our customers in digitizing their operations. In a sector facing significant challenges—whether regulatory, operational, or environmental—it is our responsibility to provide software platforms that simplify exchange, enhance operational performance, and support transformation in transportation.”
The support of Bridgepoint, the company’s main shareholder, is seen as a crucial factor for this new phase of development. It is intended to enable Sinari to intensify technological investments, strengthen the organization, and drive expansion in Europe.
Sébastien Rufflé, the founder of Sinari, will continue to serve on the strategic committee of the board and will support the company with his expertise and deep understanding of the transport industry. With this new leadership level, Sinari reaffirms its commitment to playing a central role in the digitization of the transport and logistics sector by offering innovative, connected solutions that meet the challenges of a changing market.
