TII India celebrates ten years of success
Mar 13, 2026 at 8:36 AMThe Israeli company TAT Technologies Ltd. has signed a contract for maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) services worth approximately $36 million with a leading global freight carrier. The contract includes two auxiliary power unit (APU) platforms and represents an extension of the existing business relationship.
The contract consists of two main components. Firstly, the existing contract for MRO services of the GTCP331-200/250 APU will be extended by two years, which has an estimated value of about $22 million. Secondly, a new contract for MRO services of the GTCP331-500 APU has been signed, which has an initial term of four years and includes the possibility of a two-year extension. This part of the contract is estimated at around $14 million.
Igal Zamir, CEO of TAT, commented on the contract, emphasizing that it represents a significant development for the company’s APU business. He highlighted that securing both the extension of the long-standing relationship with the 331-200/250 and the new multi-year contract for the 331-500 platform reflects customers‘ confidence in TAT’s technical capabilities and service. Zamir added that the company will continue to leverage strategic opportunities to expand the addressable market and deepen partnerships with leading global operators.
