The Canadian company DART Aerospace has received a new EASA STC certification for the external Heli-Utility-Basket™ for the Bell 505 helicopter. This certification expands DART’s offerings, which already include proven Heli-Utility-Baskets™ for various helicopter models, including the H125, Bell 407, R66, and AW119, as well as additional models from Airbus, Bell, Leonardo, and Robinson.
The Bell 505 Heli-Utility-Basket™ has been designed for both utility use and VIP operations. It features quick and easy installation and provides a secure external solution for transporting skis, cargo, tools, equipment, and other essential items. The basket is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel and is coated with a high-gloss, scratch-resistant white finish that ensures durability and a clean appearance.

An easy-to-use self-locking handle ensures that the lid remains securely closed, keeping the cargo safely stowed during flight.
