Transport organizations demand support
Feb 25, 2026 at 9:12 AMManhattan Associates has announced the appointment of Sébastien Lefebure as Senior Vice President for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The decision will take effect on March 31, 2026, as part of the planned succession of Henri Seroux, who is leaving the company after 25 years.
Lefebure brings over two decades of experience at Manhattan and has distinguished himself in various areas, including service and sales. In his new role, he will take responsibility for regional growth, align the go-to-market strategy, and strengthen executive-level relationships in the EMEA region. His appointment is seen as an opportunity to bring both continuity and fresh perspectives to the company’s strategy.
Henri Seroux, who established the company in France in 2001 and has served as Senior Vice President EMEA since 2015, is leaving Manhattan Associates after a successful tenure. Under his leadership, revenue in the EMEA region grew from $65 million in 2016 to $215 million in 2025, representing an average annual growth of 12%. The operating income also saw an increase of 14% compared to the previous year.
Lefebure praised Seroux and his contributions to the company: “Henri has demonstrated his passion for collaboration and teamwork throughout his career at Manhattan. Under his leadership, Manhattan has evolved into the provider of supply chain and omnichannel commerce technology in the EMEA region.” He emphasized that Seroux leaves behind a team and a legacy that encompasses a variety of national, regional, and global brands.
Lefebure’s appointment is viewed as a strategic move to steer the next growth phase of Manhattan Associates in the EMEA region.
