The Port of Barcelona closed the year 2025 with a revenue of 206 million euros, representing an increase of 3% compared to the previous year. This marks the second consecutive year in which the port has recorded revenue exceeding 200 million euros. The main sources of income are concession fees, which account for the most stable share at 96 million euros, as well as usage fees amounting to 97 million euros, related to traffic and port activities.
Investments and Projects
Despite the revenue growth, operating profit decreased by 6% in 2025. The port attributes this decline to the extraordinary financial impact of investments in a new coffee terminal. Without this burden, the operating profit would have likely reached 57 million euros, representing an increase of 14% compared to the previous year. Additionally, the segments of import containers and bulk liquid traffic recorded record levels in 2025.
