Despite the loss, the operational and strategic direction of GOL remains unchanged. The responsibility for corporate governance continues to lie with the directors and the board. Antonio Kandir, the current vice chairman of the board, will temporarily assume the role of chairman. Kandir brings over 20 years of experience in various leadership positions within the company.
