RheinCargo starts the new year with a new organizational structure
Jan 9, 2024 at 7:01 PMMarius Neininger has been a partner at TransCare GmbH in Wiesbaden since January 1, 2024, with his company, BN Neininger GmbH & Co. KG. Neininger was previously the head of European Land Transport at Swiss Post and managing director of Bächle Logistics GmbH in Villingen-Schwenningen.
(Wiesbaden/Villingen-Schwenningen) After the acquisition of the company by Swiss Post CH in 2018, Neininger also became a member of the management team of the PostLogistics division and the M&A team in Dintikon, Switzerland. From 2021, the 43-year-old served as managing director, board member, or authorized signatory in various subsidiaries of Swiss Post CH in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, and Lithuania. He was also a board member in the parent company of PostLogistics AG. Neininger managed all acquisitions of Swiss Post in Germany and Lithuania and successfully integrated the freight forwarding companies into the organization. The logistics and M&A expert is actively involved in numerous industry and business associations and has excellent contacts with freight forwarders and bus companies – in the DACH region as well as in Italy and the Baltic states. The graduate in business administration studied economics at the University of Mannheim and transport management and logistics at Heilbronn University of Applied Sciences.
Alongside Ralf Jahncke, managing partner of TransCare, and partners Christian Marnetté (since 2020) and Prof. Dr. Axel Salzmann (since 2023), another competent industry insider strengthens the M&A business of the consulting firm.
“We are pleased to welcome Marius Neininger as a partner with extensive experience to our consulting team,” emphasizes Jahncke. His extensive network will particularly benefit the rapidly growing M&A business of the company. TransCare increasingly supports clients in mergers, acquisitions, company sales, and succession planning – both in advisory roles and in interim management. The company has established itself as one of the leading M&A boutiques in the mid-market.
Grown Up in a Freight Forwarding Company
“As the grandson of Otto Bächle, I grew up in a medium-sized transport company with freight forwarding and bus services and had the opportunity to accompany the Bächle company in a leading role for almost 18 years,” describes Marius Neininger his career path. He looks forward to the new challenge, where he can contribute his experience and network in the mid-market as well as in corporate enterprises with a focus on succession planning and M&A. “I see TransCare as an ideal partner for succession planning and M&A for the mid-market due to its diverse expertise,” says the new partner.
