Schmitz Cargobull invests in MaxiTRANS, the largest Australian provider of semi-trailers with a nationwide after-market service and support network. Schmitz Cargobull will contribute its expertise to local manufacturing. MaxiTRANS is part of the Australian Trailer Solutions Group (ATSG), in which Schmitz Cargobull has acquired a minority stake (26%).
(Horstmar/Wendouree) This partnership aims to secure the long-term success of MaxiTRANS in the Australian market. ATSG consists of a group of local investors who acquired MaxiTRANS in September 2021.
