Jun 15, 2026 at 12:01 PMSif Holding NV, a provider of foundation solutions for offshore wind farms, has announced that Pepijn Timmermans will resign as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and member of the board effective June 15, 2026. According to a company statement, this step is taken by mutual agreement and follows discussions about the future development of the company. The statement clarifies that the decision is not related to any differences regarding corporate strategy, financial reporting, corporate governance, or operational outlook. Sif Holding NV specializes in foundation solutions for offshore wind farms and offers services for the planning and production of foundations, including logistics and assembly.
Transfer of responsibilities to CEO
Neil McArthur, Chairman of the Supervisory Board, expressed gratitude for Timmermans‘ dedication and commitment during his time at Sif. He wished him success in his future endeavors. CEO Fred van Beers will now take over responsibility for operational activities. The company currently does not plan to appoint a successor for this position.
