Milan Růžička has been appointed as Asset Manager and Simona Štotová as Analyst. These appointments reflect Logicor’s commitment to further solidifying its market position in the Czech Republic, where the company has already achieved positive results in leasing and development.
Růžička brings extensive experience in the Czech industrial real estate market. He previously worked at leading global consulting firms such as Colliers International and JLL. Most recently, he served as a Senior Associate at Colliers, where he was responsible for business development, client advisory, and executing transactions across a range of logistics and industrial projects. Throughout his career, Růžička has advised international tenants and leading developers, assisting with site selection, lease negotiations, and transaction structuring. In his new role, he will lead Logicor’s local Asset Management activities and be responsible for leasing transactions, asset strategy, and value creation within the company’s Czech logistics portfolio. Růžička is fluent in Czech, English, German, and Swedish, enhancing Logicor’s ability to support a diverse and international client base.
Štotová is a finance expert specializing in Asset Management and is currently based in Prague. She brings international experience from Logicor’s office in Luxembourg and continues to build her expertise in investment operations and financial processes in a dynamic, international environment. Prior to joining Logicor, she worked in the finance department (accounting) at PPG Industries, where she developed a solid foundation in financial processes, accuracy, and communication with stakeholders within a global corporate environment.
The appointments of Růžička and Štotová underscore Logicor’s commitment to strengthening its position in the Czech Republic. This is supported by recent developments in the country, including the Logicor Prague – Průmyslová project, a 25,000 m² logistics development for last-mile delivery in Prague, strategically positioned for urban distribution. Additionally, Logicor’s portfolio in the Czech Republic includes over 100,000 m² of logistics space as well as land for future developments in Pilsen.

Milan’s extensive market knowledge and transactional experience will be crucial in strengthening our logistics real estate platform in the Czech Republic and supporting our further growth.
