Per April 30, Marius Junda (pictured) will become the new Chief Financial Officer of the Girteka Group. The 38-year-old has been with the company for over three years and has taken on responsibility for the finance area within Shared Services during this time, as the company reports.
According to Girteka, Junda brings years of professional experience in finance: Before joining Girteka, he held various senior finance positions in international and regional companies. This includes CFO roles where he was responsible for the entire finance area in the Baltics. His professional career also includes experience in retail, sales, as well as asset management and consulting.
In the statement, Marius Junda expresses that the role of finance in organizations today goes beyond mere control. He emphasizes that finance is increasingly becoming a central component of corporate decision-making.
