Chapman Freeborn has appointed Latha Narayan as President for the Asia-Pacific region, effective April 1, 2026. In this role, she will lead the strategic and commercial development of the company in this region. Her focus will be on scaling operations, improving performance, and enhancing collaboration in the areas of cargo, passenger, and business aviation.
Latha Narayan brings over 20 years of experience in the global aviation industry, covering areas such as commercial strategy, revenue management, and transformation programs. She has held senior positions at British Airways and Etihad Airways, where she drove commercial performance and managed complex, cross-market operations. Most recently, she worked as an independent consultant for aviation and cargo, focusing on strategic development, network optimization, and digital transformation. Narayan is recognized for her strong commercial acumen and her ability to deliver measurable business results.
