Evy Solution and SLS works seal strategic partnership

The Cologne-based software company Evy Solution has entered into a strategic partnership with the logistics software provider SLS works. The AI-supported software for document analysis, Evy Xpact, is now also directly usable from the user interface of the SLS software platform for transport and warehouse management.

(Köln/Erkrath) With the help of the intelligent, AI-based software Evy Xpact, users of the SLS SCM suite can now benefit from cost and time savings of up to 80 percent in document analysis and processing. The special feature of Evy Solutions’ solution is its text-based approach, which allows relevant information to be extracted and classified from unstructured data – regardless of the document structure.

As a full-service partner for logistics and freight forwarding companies, SLS works provides comprehensive and cross-system support to its customers in all matters related to software and hardware solutions. In addition to its two own solutions, SLS Transport (TMS) and SLS Warehouse (WMS), the company also offers interface development for all areas along the supply chain with SLS Interfaces. The SCM suite from SLS works is multi-tenant capable, available as a client/server installation or cloud-based app, and can be licensed or used modularly.

Flexible modules for different application areas

Depending on the application case, Evy Xpact can also be flexibly built from individual modules: From the classification, sorting, and storage of documents to the extraction of information or the verification of extracted content and, if necessary, enrichment with missing information, to semantic search for content and relationships, Evy Xpact covers all areas in the modular system.

Another significant advantage of the AI-based solution is that Evy Xpact can process a wide variety of document types and formats. These include transport orders, delivery notes, orders, factory certificates, tax assessments, contracts, or damage reports.
