In Garching near Munich, Logivest has brokered a logistics area of 1,320 square meters to Westech-Solar Energy GmbH. The area includes 1,200 square meters of warehouse space and 120 square meters of office space in the Garching-Hochbrück industrial area.
(Munich/Garching) The new tenant, Westech-Solar Energy GmbH based in Planegg, focuses on the distribution, development, and production of innovative products and systems for ecologically renewable energy generation.
The rental spaces consist of a basement unit with a ramp in the multi-tenant commercial area. The company has already moved into the new spaces in December 2021 and uses them for the storage of solar panels.
“With its location in the Garching-Hochbrück industrial area, the site offers excellent access to the A 9 and A 92 motorways as well as to the Munich bypass A 99. Especially the latter was an important criterion for Westech-Solar Energy, as it allows the company headquarters in Planegg, on the other side of Munich, to be reached in a relatively short time,” says Maximilian Hohendorf, Consultant Industrial & Logistics Letting at Logivest.
