Apesar da esperan\u00e7a de uma r\u00e1pida desescalada, a regi\u00e3o continua a ser um espa\u00e7o de conflito geopol\u00edtico, onde a navega\u00e7\u00e3o comercial civil \u00e9 significativamente afetada.<\/p>\n<p>No in\u00edcio do conflito, cerca de 50 navios com aproximadamente 1.000 marinheiros, que eram de propriedade alem\u00e3 ou operavam sob gest\u00e3o alem\u00e3, estavam bloqueados no Golfo P\u00e9rsico. Nos \u00faltimos meses, mais da metade desses navios conseguiu ser retirada da zona de perigo com alto custo de seguran\u00e7a e em estreita colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com as marinhas locais. Atualmente, ainda h\u00e1 cerca de 20 navios com aproximadamente 400 marinheiros na regi\u00e3o, sendo que a situa\u00e7\u00e3o permanece din\u00e2mica e imprevis\u00edvel.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Kr\u00f6ger, diretor executivo da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Alem\u00e3 de Armadores (VDR), enfatiza a urg\u00eancia da situa\u00e7\u00e3o: &#8222;Uma coisa deve estar clara para todos: retirar os navios com suas tripula\u00e7\u00f5es da zona de perigo \u00e9 um primeiro passo importante. Mas, mais cedo ou mais tarde, eles tamb\u00e9m devem poder retornar em seguran\u00e7a para transportar mat\u00e9rias-primas e mercadorias urgentemente necess\u00e1rias.&#8220; Ele ressalta que o com\u00e9rcio mundial depende de uma navega\u00e7\u00e3o funcional e que o Estreito de Ormuz deve ser naveg\u00e1vel em ambas as dire\u00e7\u00f5es para manter as cadeias de suprimento.<\/p>\n<p>A import\u00e2ncia da navega\u00e7\u00e3o livre \u00e9 sublinhada pela variedade de mercadorias transportadas por vias mar\u00edtimas. Isso inclui energia, mat\u00e9rias-primas, alimentos, medicamentos e produtos industriais \u2013 todos bens essenciais para pessoas e empresas em todo o mundo. Interrup\u00e7\u00f5es nessas cadeias de suprimento podem n\u00e3o apenas amea\u00e7ar o abastecimento, mas tamb\u00e9m aumentar o custo de vida, o que \u00e9 particularmente percept\u00edvel na Alemanha.<\/p>\n<p>O VDR observa com preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o que os riscos de seguran\u00e7a para a navega\u00e7\u00e3o comercial internacional est\u00e3o aumentando em v\u00e1rias rotas mar\u00edtimas estrat\u00e9gicas. Ataques no Mar Vermelho, a guerra no Mar Negro, tens\u00f5es no Estreito de Taiwan, bem como amea\u00e7as h\u00edbridas no Mar do Norte e no Mar B\u00e1ltico, evidenciam que a liberdade de navega\u00e7\u00e3o global est\u00e1 sob press\u00e3o. Kr\u00f6ger alerta: &#8222;Hoje \u00e9 o Estreito de Ormuz, amanh\u00e3 pode ser o Estreito de Malaca, o Estreito de Taiwan ou outro estreito estrat\u00e9gico importante.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p>Ele pede \u00e0 comunidade internacional que fa\u00e7a tudo o que for poss\u00edvel para restaurar permanentemente a liberdade de navega\u00e7\u00e3o e garantir a prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos navios comerciais e de suas tripula\u00e7\u00f5es. A passagem livre por estreitos internacionais \u00e9 um princ\u00edpio fundamental do direito mar\u00edtimo internacional que n\u00e3o deve ser minado militar ou economicamente.
