Um foco especial est\u00e1 no desenvolvimento do transporte de cargas por ferrovia e no fortalecimento das \u00e1reas de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<h3>Atribui\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o de opera\u00e7\u00e3o ferrovi\u00e1ria<\/h3>\n<p>Uma das principais delibera\u00e7\u00f5es foi a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o dos resultados do processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o para a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o do servi\u00e7o de opera\u00e7\u00e3o ferrovi\u00e1ria nos portos de Savona e Vado Ligure. O servi\u00e7o foi concedido \u00e0 Mercitalia Shunting &amp; Terminal S.r.l., ap\u00f3s a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de duas empresas na licita\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica. A concess\u00e3o tem uma dura\u00e7\u00e3o de cinco anos, com a possibilidade de prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o por mais dois anos, e possui um valor total estimado em cerca de 22,6 milh\u00f5es de euros. Este servi\u00e7o \u00e9 crucial para a continuidade operacional das duas instala\u00e7\u00f5es portu\u00e1rias.<\/p>\n<p>A proposta selecionada destacou-se tanto em aspectos t\u00e9cnicos quanto econ\u00f4micos, oferecendo um desconto de 12,6% sobre as tarifas originais. Ela prev\u00ea um modelo integrado para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da opera\u00e7\u00e3o ferrovi\u00e1ria e da tra\u00e7\u00e3o, que inclui uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o operacional 24\/7. Al\u00e9m disso, solu\u00e7\u00f5es ecol\u00f3gicas ser\u00e3o implementadas por meio do uso de biocombust\u00edveis de baixo carbono, bem como sistemas digitais para a gest\u00e3o das atividades e um programa de manuten\u00e7\u00e3o aprimorado para a infraestrutura e ve\u00edculos.<\/p>\n<p>O novo processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o visa fortalecer a conex\u00e3o intermodal por ferrovia, aumentar a competitividade dos portos de Savona e Vado Ligure e promover o desenvolvimento do transporte de cargas ferrovi\u00e1rio em conformidade com os objetivos de sustentabilidade da autoridade.<\/p>\n<h3>Novas op\u00e7\u00f5es de estacionamento para caminh\u00f5es<\/h3>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, o comit\u00ea tamb\u00e9m aprovou a concess\u00e3o de um contrato por um per\u00edodo de quatro anos \u00e0 Trasportounito Service Cooperativa Consortile. Esta concess\u00e3o diz respeito a uma \u00e1rea livre de aproximadamente 6.300 m\u00b2 ao longo das faixas laterais da passagem do porto no Varco Etiopia, no porto de G\u00eanova. Um novo estacionamento regulamentado para ve\u00edculos pesados ser\u00e1 estabelecido aqui. Esta medida \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para criar uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o alternativa \u00e0s \u00e1reas atualmente utilizadas no Parque de Pesquisa Cient\u00edfica e Tecnol\u00f3gica Erzelli, que est\u00e3o sendo afetadas pelo in\u00edcio da constru\u00e7\u00e3o de um novo campus universit\u00e1rio. Assim, a continuidade operacional para as empresas de transporte rodovi\u00e1rio que atendem diariamente o porto de G\u00eanova ser\u00e1 garantida.<\/p>\n<p>A nova \u00e1rea de estacionamento deve melhorar a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o do estacionamento de ve\u00edculos pesados, aumentar a capacidade de tr\u00e1fego, tornar os processos log\u00edsticos mais eficientes e otimizar as
