O planejado armaz\u00e9m refrigerado de v\u00e1rios andares ter\u00e1 uma \u00e1rea de 20.400 m\u00b2 e ser\u00e1 projetado para acomodar caminh\u00f5es com peso de at\u00e9 44 t em dois n\u00edveis. Este projeto representa uma nova gera\u00e7\u00e3o de edif\u00edcios que visa minimizar o consumo de espa\u00e7o e se integrar a uma estrat\u00e9gia log\u00edstica respons\u00e1vel. Ser\u00e1 realizado como um dos primeiros projetos log\u00edsticos na Fran\u00e7a que atende \u00e0s diretrizes para edif\u00edcios de baixo carbono (BBCA).<\/p>\n<h3>Ator central no MIN de Rungis<\/h3>\n<p>A SEMMARIS gerencia o maior mercado de produtos frescos do mundo e \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel pelo desenvolvimento e moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do MIN de Rungis. Com o projeto I10b, a empresa busca atender \u00e0s crescentes demandas log\u00edsticas, fornecendo infraestruturas adequadas para o armazenamento de alimentos, ao mesmo tempo em que otimiza o uso do espa\u00e7o em um ambiente j\u00e1 altamente urbanizado.<\/p>\n<h3>Desenvolvimento vertical do projeto log\u00edstico<\/h3>\n<p>O projeto I10b ser\u00e1 realizado no \u00e2mbito de um processo de licita\u00e7\u00e3o para planejamento e constru\u00e7\u00e3o, demonstrando a expertise da IDEC em servi\u00e7os de engenharia integrada. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 totalmente projetada internamente e se destacar\u00e1 por uma concep\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica exigente: um armaz\u00e9m refrigerado de dois andares que permitir\u00e1 a entrada de caminh\u00f5es de 44 t at\u00e9 o n\u00edvel superior. Esta disposi\u00e7\u00e3o \u00fanica no cora\u00e7\u00e3o do MIN de Rungis permite sobrepor duas \u00e1reas log\u00edsticas com fun\u00e7\u00f5es id\u00eanticas, otimizando o consumo de espa\u00e7o e melhorando a efici\u00eancia dos fluxos log\u00edsticos. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o oferecer\u00e1 espa\u00e7o para at\u00e9 quatro usu\u00e1rios independentes, cada um com suas pr\u00f3prias \u00e1reas log\u00edsticas, escrit\u00f3rios e instala\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"I10b : un entrep\u00f4t logistique multi-niveaux au MIN de Rungis sign\u00e9 IDEC et SEMMARIS\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/z7aeZYhzr30?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h3>Escopo do projeto e efici\u00eancia log\u00edstica<\/h3>\n<p>O projeto abrange uma \u00e1rea total de aproximadamente 20.400 m\u00b2 e incluir\u00e1 quatro unidades log\u00edsticas de cerca de 4.000 m\u00b2 cada, complementadas por escrit\u00f3rios independentes e salas t\u00e9cnicas. Cada andar ter\u00e1 um p\u00e1tio de caminh\u00f5es pr\u00f3prio, acess\u00edvel por rampas de concreto unilaterais, para garantir um tr\u00e1fego seguro e fluido dos caminh\u00f5es. Enquanto o andar t\u00e9rreo funcionar\u00e1 em regime de cross-docking, o n\u00edvel superior apresentar\u00e1 uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o unilateral. Este planejamento visa maximizar a efici\u00eancia log\u00edstica e a autonomia dos usu\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<h3>Consci\u00eancia ambiental e responsabilidade social<\/h3>\n<p>Apesar da complexidade t\u00e9cnica do projeto, a SEMMARIS estabeleceu metas ambiciosas para reduzir o impacto ambiental. Desde o in\u00edcio, v\u00e1rias op\u00e7\u00f5es essenciais na \u00e1rea de responsabilidade social (RSE) foram integradas ao planejamento. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o incluir\u00e1 um sistema fotovoltaico no telhado, instalado pela GROUPE IDEC ENR Solar. Este sistema fornecer\u00e1 energia renov\u00e1vel para atender a uma grande parte da demanda energ\u00e9tica.
