O evento contou com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o do vice-primeiro-ministro da Baviera, Hubert Aiwanger. Ele apoia a demanda do fabricante de semirreboques por metas de CO\u2082 tecnicamente alcan\u00e7\u00e1veis, a fim de garantir empregos, cria\u00e7\u00e3o de valor industrial e a competitividade da localiza\u00e7\u00e3o na Alemanha.<\/p>\n<p>O VECTO (Vehicle Energy Consumption Calculation Tool) \u00e9 um modelo de c\u00e1lculo da Uni\u00e3o Europeia que atribui um valor virtual de CO\u2082 aos semirreboques. A base \u00e9 o regulamento (UE) 2024\/1610. Este prev\u00ea que esse valor simulado deve diminuir em 10% para semirreboques e em 7,5% para reboques at\u00e9 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Do ponto de vista do setor, isso gera um problema fundamental: os semirreboques n\u00e3o possuem propuls\u00e3o pr\u00f3pria e n\u00e3o causam emiss\u00f5es diretas de CO\u2082. A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 baseada em uma simula\u00e7\u00e3o e n\u00e3o em emiss\u00f5es realmente medidas em opera\u00e7\u00e3o. Ignora limites f\u00edsicos e a tarefa de transporte real.<\/p>\n<p><b>Poss\u00edveis consequ\u00eancias: multas, aumento nos pre\u00e7os dos ve\u00edculos e perda de empregos<\/b><\/p>\n<p>De acordo com a K\u00f6gel e todos os principais fabricantes europeus de semirreboques, as metas de redu\u00e7\u00e3o exigidas n\u00e3o s\u00e3o alcan\u00e7\u00e1veis com as tecnologias dispon\u00edveis atualmente. Para a empresa, isso resultar\u00e1 em multas de at\u00e9 64 milh\u00f5es de euros por ano. Para compensar esse \u00f4nus, os pre\u00e7os dos semirreboques poderiam aumentar em at\u00e9 50%. As consequ\u00eancias seriam sentidas ao longo de toda a cadeia de suprimentos \u2013 desde empresas de transporte at\u00e9 consumidores finais. Os impactos no setor s\u00e3o ainda maiores: cerca de 70.000 empregos na ind\u00fastria europeia de semirreboques est\u00e3o amea\u00e7ados pelas consequ\u00eancias da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o atual.<\/p>\n<p><b>Investimentos na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Burtenbach em risco<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Nos \u00faltimos anos, a K\u00f6gel investiu v\u00e1rios milh\u00f5es de euros na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de Burtenbach. Isso inclui a linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o para um novo ve\u00edculo refrigerado, bem como a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do terreno da f\u00e1brica para um novo galp\u00e3o de produ\u00e7\u00e3o. Esses investimentos e o desenvolvimento de longo prazo da localiza\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e3o em risco devido \u00e0s consequ\u00eancias econ\u00f4micas da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o VECTO.<\/p>\n<p>O vice-primeiro-ministro da Baviera, Hubert Aiwanger, tem uma opini\u00e3o clara sobre isso: &#8222;A \u00faltima coisa que a ind\u00fastria de semirreboques e log\u00edstica precisa nesses tempos s\u00e3o encargos adicionais devido a regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es distantes da realidade e exageradas de Bruxelas. As empresas de m\u00e9dio porte do setor n\u00e3o t\u00eam recursos financeiros ou tecnol\u00f3gicos ilimitados para amortecer encargos regulat\u00f3rios sem sentido a curto prazo. Para elas, as diretrizes da UE sobre a redu\u00e7\u00e3o de CO\u2082 por meio de semirreboques representam uma amea\u00e7a aguda \u00e0 exist\u00eancia econ\u00f4mica \u2013 com consequ\u00eancias diretas para milhares de empregos. Em vez de multas amea\u00e7adoras, precisamos de solu\u00e7\u00f5es pragm\u00e1ticas e realistas que tragam redu\u00e7\u00f5es reais de CO\u2082.&#8220;<\/p>\n<p><b>Oito fabricantes processam a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o da UE<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Oito fabricantes europeus de semirreboques entraram com uma a\u00e7\u00e3o contra a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o VECTO. O objetivo \u00e9 a revis\u00e3o da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o em sua forma atual.
