O relat\u00f3rio aponta que at\u00e9 2026, ser\u00e1 esperado um d\u00e9ficit de 39.100 oficiais certificados pela STCW, enquanto ao mesmo tempo existe um excedente de 56.890 tripulantes. Para atender \u00e0 demanda futura at\u00e9 2030, estima-se que anualmente sejam necess\u00e1rios mais 22.747 oficiais e 8.475 tripulantes. Isso representa um aumento m\u00e9dio anual de 2,0% para oficiais e 0,5% para tripulantes.<\/p>\n<h3>Demanda crescente por marinheiros<\/h3>\n<p>O relat\u00f3rio sobre a for\u00e7a de trabalho mar\u00edtima \u00e9 publicado a cada cinco anos e oferece uma an\u00e1lise do equil\u00edbrio entre oferta e demanda por marinheiros certificados pela STCW. O relat\u00f3rio atual mostra que a demanda por esses profissionais aumentou 35% desde o \u00faltimo relat\u00f3rio em 2021.
