Esta decis\u00e3o foi tomada em 10 de junho durante a assembleia geral ordin\u00e1ria. Vavassori \u00e9 propriet\u00e1rio e diretor executivo da Italsempione Spa, um dos membros mais tradicionais da associa\u00e7\u00e3o. Ao seu lado, Albertina Schiavoni, presidente do conselho de administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Freschi e Schiavoni S.r.l., e Mario Zini, diretor executivo da DHL Global Forwarding Spa, atuar\u00e3o como vice-presidentes. Eles tamb\u00e9m foram eleitos por unanimidade.<\/p>\n<h3>Dire\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica para os pr\u00f3ximos anos<\/h3>\n<p>A reelei\u00e7\u00e3o da lideran\u00e7a marca o in\u00edcio de um novo mandato de tr\u00eas anos, que tem como objetivo a continuidade da supervis\u00e3o dos desafios regionais e setoriais. Al\u00e9m disso, busca-se promover a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das ofertas de apoio \u00e0s empresas. Uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o central \u00e9 consolidar a dire\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica por meio de uma maior participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos representantes das empresas associadas. Isso deve ser feito utilizando as diversas compet\u00eancias dentro da base de membros, a fim de garantir \u00e0 Alsea um papel cada vez mais influente nos di\u00e1logos institucionais.<\/p>\n<p>Uma aten\u00e7\u00e3o especial ser\u00e1 dada \u00e0s novas gera\u00e7\u00f5es, consideradas cruciais para o futuro desenvolvimento do setor. Essa perspectiva j\u00e1 se reflete na composi\u00e7\u00e3o do novo conselho, que inclui cinco representantes do Grupo Jovem da Alsea. Os temas de desenvolvimento empresarial e sucess\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m estar\u00e3o no centro da pr\u00f3xima assembleia p\u00fablica da associa\u00e7\u00e3o, que ocorrer\u00e1 em 30 de junho sob o t\u00edtulo &#8222;Gest\u00e3o da Transi\u00e7\u00e3o, Cria\u00e7\u00e3o do Futuro. Responsabilidade, Legado e Vis\u00e3o na Mudan\u00e7a de Gera\u00e7\u00f5es&#8220;.<\/p>\n<h3>A\u00e7\u00f5es e projetos planejados<\/h3>\n<p>Nos pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas anos, v\u00e1rias a\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o previstas, que v\u00e3o desde treinamentos at\u00e9 digitaliza\u00e7\u00e3o e participa\u00e7\u00e3o em observa\u00e7\u00f5es e estudos do setor. Entre os projetos centrais est\u00e3o a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de comiss\u00f5es que abordar\u00e3o temas importantes da log\u00edstica moderna, como intermodalidade e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o urbana.
