Como foi anunciado em uma coletiva de imprensa em 16 de junho de 2026, a nova zona log\u00edstica, com um volume de investimento superior a 150 milh\u00f5es de euros, dever\u00e1 gerar cerca de 2.000 empregos at\u00e9 2030. O aeroporto, que desempenha um papel central na conectividade a\u00e9rea da regi\u00e3o desde sua inaugura\u00e7\u00e3o em 1946, agora expande sua oferta na \u00e1rea de log\u00edstica e envio expresso.<\/p>\n<h3>Import\u00e2ncia estrat\u00e9gica da zona log\u00edstica<\/h3>\n<p>O A\u00e9ropole Logistique et Fret foi concebido como um ponto econ\u00f4mico que complementa a infraestrutura existente do aeroporto. Os primeiros edif\u00edcios foram conclu\u00eddos em 2024, incluindo as instala\u00e7\u00f5es da DCB Logistic e da Chronopost. Nos anos seguintes, est\u00e3o previstas novas inaugura\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo as da Stef Transport e da XPO, que devem ser conclu\u00eddas at\u00e9 2026. No total, at\u00e9 2030, ser\u00e3o disponibilizados 100.000 m\u00b2 de \u00e1reas log\u00edsticas, tornando o A\u00e9ropole um dos projetos log\u00edsticos mais significativos da regi\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>A cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma nova liga\u00e7\u00e3o rodovi\u00e1ria, cujos estudos t\u00e9cnicos est\u00e3o sendo realizados, dever\u00e1 aumentar ainda mais a atratividade de toda a regi\u00e3o. As obras est\u00e3o previstas para o quarto trimestre de 2027.<\/p>\n<h3>Parcerias e investimentos<\/h3>\n<p>O projeto \u00e9 apoiado por uma variedade de parceiros p\u00fablicos e privados. Entre os atores institucionais est\u00e3o a Autoridade de Avia\u00e7\u00e3o Civil da Fran\u00e7a (DGAC), a Prefeitura da regi\u00e3o de Occit\u00e2nia e o Departamento de H\u00e9rault. No setor privado, mais de 15 empresas investiram na zona log\u00edstica, incluindo empresas renomadas como Black Pearl Group e DCB Logistics. Essas parcerias s\u00e3o fundamentais para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o das ambiciosas metas do A\u00e9ropole.<\/p>\n<p>A zona log\u00edstica visa n\u00e3o apenas apoiar empresas existentes, mas tamb\u00e9m atrair novos atores do setor log\u00edstico. Isso deve ser feito por meio da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um hub moderno de log\u00edstica e envio expresso, que atenda \u00e0s demandas do \u00faltimo quil\u00f4metro.<\/p>\n<h3>Sustentabilidade em foco<\/h3>\n<p>Outro aspecto do projeto \u00e9 a responsabilidade ecol\u00f3gica. Em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com o Conservatoire d&#8217;espaces naturels d&#8217;Occitanie, est\u00e1 sendo realizada uma ampla compensa\u00e7\u00e3o ecol\u00f3gica, que garantir\u00e1 a preserva\u00e7\u00e3o e restaura\u00e7\u00e3o de habitats naturais ao longo de um per\u00edodo de 50 anos. Esta iniciativa demonstra o empenho do aeroporto em conciliar desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico com exig\u00eancias ecol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n<p>No total, o A\u00e9ropole Logistique et Fret representa um passo significativo no desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico da regi\u00e3o, criando empregos e melhorando a conectividade log\u00edstica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a
