O teste, que come\u00e7ou no final de maio, ser\u00e1 realizado em condi\u00e7\u00f5es operacionais reais com a frota da empresa de transporte alem\u00e3 Sommer. O objetivo do projeto \u00e9 avaliar o desempenho de um Nivalis Powered Trailer Kit montado em um reboque da TIP Group. Este kit transforma um reboque padr\u00e3o em uma unidade inteligente e autossustent\u00e1vel, que contribui ativamente para seu pr\u00f3prio movimento. Com isso, espera-se reduzir a demanda de energia do ve\u00edculo trator, sem aumentar significativamente o peso ou alterar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o para o motorista.<\/p>\n<h3>Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do suporte energ\u00e9tico<\/h3>\n<p>No \u00e2mbito do projeto piloto, ser\u00e1 investigado como o sistema de reboque assistido por tecnologia se comporta em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de transporte de longa dist\u00e2ncia. O novo sistema visa reduzir o consumo de combust\u00edvel dos caminh\u00f5es em at\u00e9 7.000 litros de diesel por reboque por ano, o que poderia trazer economias significativas para frotas de alto uso. Al\u00e9m disso, busca-se uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es de CO2 em at\u00e9 18 toneladas por reboque por ano.<\/p>\n<p>O sistema Nivalis integra um eixo el\u00e9trico (e-eixo), desenvolvido em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com a BPW, diretamente no chassi do reboque. Ao contr\u00e1rio das plataformas de refrigera\u00e7\u00e3o e-Reefer eletrificadas, que visam a opera\u00e7\u00e3o de transportes refrigerados, o sistema Powered Trailer deve reduzir a demanda de energia do trator por meio de suporte de tra\u00e7\u00e3o e recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de energia. As baterias obt\u00eam energia de tr\u00eas fontes: do e-eixo durante a frenagem, de um sistema fotovoltaico no teto durante o dia e de uma conex\u00e3o trif\u00e1sica AC de 32A durante as paradas de estacionamento. O sistema gera, armazena e distribui continuamente energia durante o dia de trabalho.<\/p>\n<p>Uma unidade de gerenciamento de energia (EMU) abriga todos os componentes el\u00e9tricos, enquanto uma unidade de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de pot\u00eancia integrada (IPDU) controla todos os fluxos de energia. Uma interface homem-m\u00e1quina compacta (HMI) exibe ao motorista o status do sistema e o estado de carga da bateria.<\/p>\n<h3>Aspectos econ\u00f4micos e economias<\/h3>\n<p>O sistema Nivalis foi desenvolvido para gerar economias significativas de combust\u00edvel para rotas de longa dist\u00e2ncia, com economias projetadas de at\u00e9 7.000 litros de diesel e 18 toneladas de CO2 por reboque por ano. O sistema fotovoltaico no teto pode gerar at\u00e9 3,7 kWp, o que reduz ainda mais a depend\u00eancia da rede el\u00e9trica.<\/p>\n<p>Pavel Gilman, Vice-Presidente de Vendas e Marketing da Nivalis Energy Europe, explica: \u201cNosso sistema e-focado em tr\u00eas objetivos: redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos custos de combust\u00edvel, m\u00ednima interfer\u00eancia nas opera\u00e7\u00f5es dos clientes e melhoria da sustentabilidade.\u201d Ele acrescenta que a ind\u00fastria de transporte pode gradualmente se tornar independente de combust\u00edveis f\u00f3sseis, sem a necessidade de investimentos extraordin\u00e1rios ou mudan\u00e7as na infraestrutura.<\/p>\n<p>Christian Sch\u00fctz, chefe de Frota e Gest\u00e3o de Ativos da regi\u00e3o central da TIP Group, enfatiza a import\u00e2ncia do teste pr\u00e1tico: \u201cA quest\u00e3o central \u00e9 como o sistema funciona em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de transporte \u2013 atrav\u00e9s de diferentes rotas, cargas e comportamentos de condu\u00e7\u00e3o. Este piloto nos fornece os dados e experi\u00eancias para avaliar isso na pr\u00e1tica.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Autoriza\u00e7\u00f5es e prontid\u00e3o para uso<\/h3>\n<p>Os requisitos administrativos para a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o e opera\u00e7\u00e3o de inova\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas podem ser complexos. No entanto, a TIP obteve com sucesso a autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria para esta configura\u00e7\u00e3o de reboque, que permite registro e uso nos pa\u00edses da UE e EFTA de acordo com as regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es nacionais aplic\u00e1veis. As baterias de alta tens\u00e3o da Nivalis s\u00e3o certificadas de acordo com a UN 38.3, e o sistema de propuls\u00e3o el\u00e9trica atende \u00e0 regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o UNECE n\u00ba 100 [2015\/505].<\/p>\n<p>Os motoristas podem operar o reboque sob as regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es de condu\u00e7\u00e3o europeias e nacionais padr\u00e3o, sem a necessidade de licen\u00e7as ou treinamentos adicionais.<\/p>\n<h3>Perspectivas para a ind\u00fastria<\/h3>\n<p>Para a TIP, este piloto expande o portf\u00f3lio ativo de solu\u00e7\u00f5es completas sustent\u00e1veis que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o em uso na Europa. O reboque motorizado abre uma nova dimens\u00e3o, abordando a energia de tra\u00e7\u00e3o no n\u00edvel do reboque, em vez de se concentrar exclusivamente no ve\u00edculo trator ou em subsistemas. Rogier Laan, Vice-Presidente de Vendas e Marketing Global da TIP Group, enfatiza: \u201cNossos clientes precisam de solu\u00e7\u00f5es que melhorem a efici\u00eancia sem interromper as opera\u00e7\u00f5es. Este piloto nos permite avaliar se reboques motorizados oferecem benef\u00edcios mensur\u00e1veis no uso di\u00e1rio e podem contribuir significativamente para a descarboniza\u00e7\u00e3o.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Os resultados preliminares do projeto piloto ser\u00e3o divulgados durante a fase de teste.
