Essas mudan\u00e7as ocorrem em um contexto em que os portos s\u00e3o cada vez mais desafiados a se adaptar \u00e0s exig\u00eancias das cadeias globais de log\u00edstica e com\u00e9rcio.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e2mbito dessa nova orienta\u00e7\u00e3o, a TMAZ nomeou Carlos Alberto Balderas Acosta como novo chefe da \u00e1rea de Vendas e Desenvolvimento de Neg\u00f3cios. Al\u00e9m disso, Gerardo Monreal foi designado como novo gerente de opera\u00e7\u00f5es. Essas decis\u00f5es de pessoal visam consolidar o crescimento da empresa e fortalecer sua posi\u00e7\u00e3o no mercado portu\u00e1rio mexicano.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com um comunicado da TMAZ, a contrata\u00e7\u00e3o de Balderas \u00e9 vista como um passo estrat\u00e9gico para intensificar o desenvolvimento de neg\u00f3cios e a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com os setores produtivos relevantes. Balderas traz mais de 20 anos de experi\u00eancia internacional nos setores p\u00fablico e privado, especialmente nas \u00e1reas de log\u00edstica, economia portu\u00e1ria, ind\u00fastria automotiva e energia. Ele trabalhou no desenvolvimento e implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de estrat\u00e9gias de vendas que s\u00e3o significativas para a diversifica\u00e7\u00e3o das cargas e a atra\u00e7\u00e3o de novos investimentos.<\/p>\n<h3>Continuidade na gest\u00e3o operacional<\/h3>\n<p>A nomea\u00e7\u00e3o de Gerardo Monreal para a lideran\u00e7a da gest\u00e3o operacional visa aumentar ainda mais a efici\u00eancia do terminal. Monreal est\u00e1 na TMAZ h\u00e1 quase 14 anos e adquiriu um amplo conhecimento sobre os processos no porto e as necessidades dos usu\u00e1rios. Sua experi\u00eancia na coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de processos e na gest\u00e3o operacional \u00e9 considerada crucial para garantir a continuidade operacional e otimizar os padr\u00f5es de desempenho.<\/p>\n<p>Mauricio Ortiz, o diretor executivo da TMAZ, enfatizou que essas mudan\u00e7as fazem parte de uma estrat\u00e9gia abrangente que visa consolidar \u00e1reas centrais para o crescimento da empresa terminal. \u201cEssas novas nomea\u00e7\u00f5es refletem nosso compromisso em fortalecer ainda mais a posi\u00e7\u00e3o de lideran\u00e7a da TMAZ em \u00e1reas-chave do neg\u00f3cio. Estamos convencidos de que esta nova fase nos permitir\u00e1 avan\u00e7ar com maior estabilidade e efici\u00eancia, focando nas necessidades de nossos clientes e do setor\u201d, declarou Ortiz.<\/p>\n<p>Com essas mudan\u00e7as de pessoal, a TMAZ pretende expandir sua versatilidade como terminal multiprop\u00f3sito e melhorar a capacidade de resposta aos desafios da ind\u00fastria portu\u00e1ria e log\u00edstica. A reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o ocorre ap\u00f3s um ano bem-sucedido para a TMAZ.
