No transporte de mercadorias, foi registrado um volume de carga movimentada de quase 18,4 milh\u00f5es de toneladas, o que representa um aumento de 6,5% em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao ano anterior.<\/p>\n<h3>Desenvolvimento no transporte de mercadorias<\/h3>\n<p>As ferrovias transportaram em abril de 2026 um total de quase 18,4 milh\u00f5es de toneladas de mercadorias, o que significa mais de 1,1 milh\u00e3o de toneladas a mais do que em abril de 2025. A quantidade de mercadorias transportadas ultrapassou 4,9 bilh\u00f5es de toneladas-quil\u00f4metro, o que corresponde a um aumento de 9,7%. O desempenho operacional das ferrovias foi de quase 6,9 milh\u00f5es de quil\u00f4metros de trem, o que tamb\u00e9m representa um crescimento de 9,1% em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o ano anterior.<\/p>\n<p>A dist\u00e2ncia m\u00e9dia de transporte por tonelada de carga foi de 268 km em abril, o que \u00e9 quase 8 km a mais do que no mesmo m\u00eas do ano anterior. No entanto, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o m\u00eas anterior, mar\u00e7o de 2026, observam-se tend\u00eancias de queda nos principais indicadores do transporte de mercadorias: o peso da carga transportada caiu em quase 1 milh\u00e3o de toneladas, o que representa uma diminui\u00e7\u00e3o de 4,9%.
