Esta medida faz parte da conex\u00e3o Karlsruhe \u2013 Basel e do corredor europeu de carga Rotterdam \u2013 G\u00eanova. A constru\u00e7\u00e3o de duas faixas adicionais ao longo da autoestrada A5 visa aumentar a capacidade para o transporte de mercadorias. No futuro, estar\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis quatro faixas na linha do Vale do Reno, o que permitir\u00e1 um aumento na frequ\u00eancia dos trens, conforme informado pela empresa.<\/p>\n<p>A transfer\u00eancia do transporte de carga para a nova linha traz, segundo a DB, v\u00e1rias vantagens: por um lado, o transporte de mercadorias de Freiburg e das comunidades vizinhas ser\u00e1 deslocado, resultando em cerca de 50.000 trens de carga a menos passando pela cidade anualmente. Isso levar\u00e1 a uma redu\u00e7\u00e3o de ru\u00eddo e melhorar\u00e1 a qualidade de vida dos moradores. Por outro lado, a nova linha criar\u00e1 espa\u00e7o para conex\u00f5es adicionais no transporte local e de longa dist\u00e2ncia, o que dever\u00e1 tornar a opera\u00e7\u00e3o na linha do Vale do Reno mais est\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n<p>Com uma cerim\u00f4nia simb\u00f3lica de in\u00edcio das obras pr\u00f3xima \u00e0 comunidade de Reute, foi dado o sinal oficial para o in\u00edcio dos trabalhos.
