Este pedido ocorre no \u00e2mbito do IATA-FIATA Consultative Council (IFCC) e refere-se \u00e0 Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o 801c, Artigo 4.2. As altera\u00e7\u00f5es devem entrar em vigor em 1 de julho de 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Em um comunicado, a associa\u00e7\u00e3o das federa\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais de despachantes expressa preocupa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre a consulta inadequada em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos impactos legais, operacionais e de seguros das medidas propostas. A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o aponta que existem crescentes incertezas legais entre os atores do setor e que a estabilidade em um mercado global de frete a\u00e9reo j\u00e1 perturbado \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria. A FIATA exige uma revis\u00e3o das altera\u00e7\u00f5es para permitir uma reavalia\u00e7\u00e3o estruturada pelo setor.
