A nova fun\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvida para os Konecranes A-RTGs (Gruas de P\u00f3rtico com Pneus Automatizadas), oferece um movimento de longo alcance totalmente automatizado da grua, sem a necessidade de supervis\u00e3o humana. Esta solu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel tanto para gruas novas quanto como op\u00e7\u00e3o de retrofit para frotas existentes.<\/p>\n<p>O desenvolvimento do movimento automatizado de longo alcance baseia-se no conceito Konecranes A-RTG 2.0, que inclui a vis\u00e3o de uma grua totalmente automatizada sem barreiras f\u00edsicas ao redor da \u00e1rea de caminh\u00f5es. Ap\u00f3s extensos testes e desenvolvimentos, a tecnologia j\u00e1 est\u00e1 sendo utilizada em v\u00e1rios locais e agora est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para uma aplica\u00e7\u00e3o mais ampla.<\/p>\n<h3>Detalhes tecnol\u00f3gicos da nova fun\u00e7\u00e3o<\/h3>\n<p>O sistema de movimento automatizado de longo alcance utiliza v\u00e1rias camadas de seguran\u00e7a para detec\u00e7\u00e3o de objetos. Sensores Lidar 3D de longo alcance podem detectar grandes objetos a at\u00e9 50 m de dist\u00e2ncia, permitindo um aviso antecipado e uma desacelera\u00e7\u00e3o controlada. Nas proximidades, um scanner a laser testado em seguran\u00e7a \u00e9 utilizado para detectar objetos e apoiar a parada da grua quando necess\u00e1rio.
