Ela assumir\u00e1 oficialmente o cargo em 10 de junho de 2026 durante a assembleia geral. Jimenez sucede Jean-Pierre Gaumet, que atuou como presidente da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o desde 1\u00ba de janeiro de 2020, defendendo os interesses do setor e promovendo a troca entre empresas, profissionais e institui\u00e7\u00f5es, e cujo mandato agora chega ao fim.<\/p>\n<h3>Experi\u00eancia e compromisso no setor<\/h3>\n<p>Jimenez traz uma ampla experi\u00eancia no setor de transporte e log\u00edstica. Ela \u00e9 cofundadora do Groupe Jimenez, que foi fundado em 1996 e hoje conta com mais de 700 funcion\u00e1rios e 1.200 ve\u00edculos. Al\u00e9m de sua atividade empresarial, Jimenez tamb\u00e9m se envolve em v\u00e1rios \u00f3rg\u00e3os econ\u00f4micos. Ela \u00e9, entre outras fun\u00e7\u00f5es, presidente do Medef Haute-Garonne e das Mulheres do Medef Haute-Garonne. Al\u00e9m disso, ela preside o Comit\u00ea Regional de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Profissional na \u00e1rea de transporte e log\u00edstica em Midi-Pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 quase dez anos, Jimenez \u00e9 membro da AFT e tem participado ativamente dos trabalhos da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Seu foco tem sido em temas como a atratividade das profiss\u00f5es, o emprego, o desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias, bem como quest\u00f5es de inclus\u00e3o e igualdade de g\u00eanero.<\/p>\n<h3>Continua\u00e7\u00e3o da miss\u00e3o da AFT<\/h3>\n<p>Com sua elei\u00e7\u00e3o como presidente, Jimenez d\u00e1 continuidade ao seu compromisso com a AFT. Ela planeja expandir ainda mais as atividades da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, promovendo um esp\u00edrito de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o, escuta e efici\u00eancia. Seu objetivo \u00e9 atender \u00e0s expectativas das associa\u00e7\u00f5es profissionais e empresas em um ambiente econ\u00f4mico desafiador e fortalecer as rela\u00e7\u00f5es com parceiros institucionais.<\/p>\n<p>Jean-Pierre Gaumet, que durante seu mandato impulsionou um desenvolvimento significativo da AFT, ser\u00e1 reconhecido por seu compromisso. Sob sua lideran\u00e7a, a AFT passou por uma reorienta\u00e7\u00e3o que se traduziu em um fortalecimento da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e de seus servi\u00e7os para o setor de transporte e log\u00edstica.
