O objetivo \u00e9 melhorar a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o dos trens, reduzir custos e tornar o transporte ferrovi\u00e1rio de mercadorias mais econ\u00f4mico a longo prazo. O contexto \u00e9 a exig\u00eancia do governo federal de que o transporte de mercadorias seja operado de forma autossustent\u00e1vel a partir de 2033.<\/p>\n<p>No futuro, cerca de 50 pontos de atendimento com baixa demanda n\u00e3o ser\u00e3o mais atendidos no EWLV. Atualmente, a rede abrange cerca de 280 locais. De acordo com a SBB, cerca de 98% das quantidades de transporte anteriores ainda ser\u00e3o transportadas por via f\u00e9rrea. Ao mesmo tempo, trens com melhor ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o devem aumentar a efici\u00eancia.<\/p>\n<p>A mudan\u00e7a traz altera\u00e7\u00f5es para cerca de 200 colaboradores na Su\u00ed\u00e7a, principalmente em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 mudan\u00e7a de local de trabalho. Est\u00e3o afetados, entre outros, os locais em Brig, Buchs SG, Chiasso, Thun e Friburgo. Segundo a SBB, demiss\u00f5es devem permanecer como exce\u00e7\u00e3o.
