Juntamente com os parceiros Jebsen PTC, Anglo-Eastern Ship Management e Marlow Navigation, a companhia de navega\u00e7\u00e3o pretende atrair mais mulheres para profiss\u00f5es a bordo e promover seu desenvolvimento no ambiente mar\u00edtimo.<\/p>\n<p>Um componente central do programa \u00e9 o incentivo ao desenvolvimento de novos talentos. No futuro, pelo menos 20% de todos os novos postos de cadetes dever\u00e3o ser ocupados por mulheres. Isso se aplica tamb\u00e9m a programas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o internacionais, especialmente para jovens profissionais das Filipinas. Al\u00e9m disso, a Hapag-Lloyd planeja transformar certos navios em unidades \u00abShefarer\u00bb, onde v\u00e1rias mulheres trabalhar\u00e3o simultaneamente em diferentes fun\u00e7\u00f5es e graus de servi\u00e7o. Com isso, espera-se que as mulheres a bordo se tornem mais vis\u00edveis e n\u00e3o sejam mais vistas como uma exce\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Adicionalmente, a companhia de navega\u00e7\u00e3o investe em novas instala\u00e7\u00f5es em todos os seus novos navios, incluindo vesti\u00e1rios, chuveiros e \u00e1reas sanit\u00e1rias separadas para mulheres. De acordo com a Hapag-Lloyd, o programa visa melhorar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho e criar perspectivas de carreira a longo prazo no mar. A participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina nas tripula\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia de navega\u00e7\u00e3o atualmente \u00e9 de 5,7%.
