Antonino, no Ticino. Entre os convidados estavam, entre outros, Fabio Regazzi, conselheiro do cant\u00e3o do Ticino. Os presentes tiveram a oportunidade de visitar o moderno edif\u00edcio, bem como os processos e servi\u00e7os log\u00edsticos associados. Com esta expans\u00e3o, a Galliker responde \u00e0 crescente demanda por espa\u00e7os log\u00edsticos especializados no sul da Su\u00ed\u00e7a e aumenta sua capacidade em cerca de 13.279 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<h3>Centro Log\u00edstico Multifuncional<\/h3>\n<p>O novo centro log\u00edstico foi concebido como um edif\u00edcio multifuncional, que pode atender de forma flex\u00edvel \u00e0s diversas necessidades dos clientes e grupos de mercadorias. Ele oferece dois andares para o armazenamento de produtos em diferentes faixas de temperatura, incluindo Ambiente, Fresco e Frigo. A movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o de mercadorias ocorre atrav\u00e9s de 24 rampas de carga no andar t\u00e9rreo, enquanto dois elevadores de carga potentes e dois elevadores de paletes garantem o fluxo de materiais entre os andares. Al\u00e9m disso, est\u00e3o dispon\u00edveis escrit\u00f3rios modernos, salas de descanso e uma sala de estar.<\/p>\n<p>O centro log\u00edstico est\u00e1 equipado com um sistema energ\u00e9tico avan\u00e7ado, que est\u00e1 em conformidade com a estrat\u00e9gia &#8222;Green Logistics by Galliker&#8220;. O fornecimento de energia \u00e9 realizado, entre outras coisas, por meio de um sistema fotovoltaico no telhado com uma capacidade de 1,17 MWp, bem como pela utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1gua subterr\u00e2nea para processos de aquecimento e resfriamento.<\/p>\n<h3>Integra\u00e7\u00e3o de Solu\u00e7\u00f5es Sustent\u00e1veis<\/h3>\n<p>Juntamente com o centro log\u00edstico existente 1, a localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de S. Antonino est\u00e1 se desenvolvendo em um sistema abrangente &#8222;Net Zero&#8220;. Este sistema inclui uma rede de m\u00e9dia tens\u00e3o, duas instala\u00e7\u00f5es fotovoltaicas com uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o anual de eletricidade superior a 2 GWh, um grande sistema de armazenamento de baterias e uma infraestrutura de carregamento el\u00e9trico com 53 pontos de carregamento no futuro. Dessa forma, energias renov\u00e1veis, armazenamento de eletricidade, controle inteligente e mobilidade sustent\u00e1vel s\u00e3o interligados de forma eficiente. Toda a eletricidade produzida pelas instala\u00e7\u00f5es fotovoltaicas pode ser utilizada diretamente no local para a gest\u00e3o dos edif\u00edcios ou para transportes sem emiss\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A infraestrutura de carregamento ampliada permite o abastecimento da frota de caminh\u00f5es j\u00e1 eletrificada em mais de 50% na localiza\u00e7\u00e3o de S. Antonino. Al\u00e9m disso, a integra\u00e7\u00e3o de caminh\u00f5es el\u00e9tricos no transporte transfronteiri\u00e7o entre a It\u00e1lia e a Su\u00ed\u00e7a \u00e9 promovida. Em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com a conex\u00e3o ferrovi\u00e1ria existente, a Galliker contribui para tornar a cadeia de suprimentos sustent\u00e1vel.
