O projeto destaca o papel do porto como um portal mar\u00edtimo estrat\u00e9gico que apoia a recupera\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica da S\u00edria e visa impulsionar as atividades comerciais.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a reuni\u00e3o, foram discutidas oportunidades para melhorar a infraestrutura e a efici\u00eancia log\u00edstica, a fim de garantir que o porto de Tartus esteja bem preparado para lidar com o aumento esperado no volume de com\u00e9rcio e carga. Esses esfor\u00e7os visam posicionar o porto como um importante ponto de conex\u00e3o regional, que liga rotas comerciais entre o sul da Europa, o Oriente M\u00e9dio e o Norte da \u00c1frica.<\/p>\n<p>Os planos de desenvolvimento para o porto de Tartus fazem parte de um contrato de concess\u00e3o de 30 anos, assinado em julho de 2025 com o governo s\u00edrio. No \u00e2mbito deste acordo, a DP World se comprometeu a investir 800 milh\u00f5es de d\u00f3lares na moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o da infraestrutura, na expans\u00e3o da capacidade e na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de sistemas modernos de manuseio de carga.<\/p>\n<h3>Foco no desenvolvimento mar\u00edtimo<\/h3>\n<p>A DP World coloca suas amplas capacidades no centro dos esfor\u00e7os para revitalizar o setor mar\u00edtimo da S\u00edria e a economia mais ampla. Atrav\u00e9s do desenvolvimento acelerado do porto de Tartus, a empresa pretende aumentar a efici\u00eancia operacional e a capacidade de manuseio de diferentes tipos de carga, incluindo carga geral, cont\u00eaineres, carga fracionada e tr\u00e1fego roll-on\/roll-off, ampliando assim o potencial comercial da S\u00edria.<\/p>\n<p>Essa Kazim declarou: \u201cA DP World est\u00e1 comprometida em fazer uma contribui\u00e7\u00e3o significativa para o desenvolvimento do setor mar\u00edtimo da S\u00edria por meio da moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o do porto de Tartus, em conformidade com os mais altos padr\u00f5es operacionais internacionais. A moderniza\u00e7\u00e3o das opera\u00e7\u00f5es portu\u00e1rias deve melhorar a efici\u00eancia, facilitar os fluxos comerciais e apoiar os esfor\u00e7os de reconstru\u00e7\u00e3o da S\u00edria.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3>Localiza\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica do porto de Tartus<\/h3>\n<p>O porto de Tartus \u00e9 o segundo maior do pa\u00eds e um importante portal mar\u00edtimo da S\u00edria para rotas comerciais para a Europa, para a regi\u00e3o do Levante e para o Norte da \u00c1frica. Sua localiza\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica melhora a conectividade regional e complementa as rotas existentes atrav\u00e9s do B\u00f3sforo e do Canal de Suez.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m do pr\u00f3prio porto, a DP World est\u00e1 explorando oportunidades para desenvolver zonas log\u00edsticas, centros de carga interna e corredores de tr\u00e2nsito em colabora\u00e7\u00e3o com atores locais, a fim de integrar o porto de Tartus nas cadeias de suprimento regionais e globais.<\/p>\n<p>Com atividades em mais de 80 pa\u00edses e o manuseio de cerca de 10% do tr\u00e1fego global de cont\u00eaineres, a DP World traz uma vasta experi\u00eancia no desenvolvimento de infraestruturas log\u00edsticas em grande escala.
